      Exercise Specialist

      Job Description:

      IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is looking for qualified candidates to join our team of skilled Therapists and enthusiastic staff.

      This position is responsible for daily patient care and takes direction from the Physical Therapist(s) by performing treatment-related exercise programs and/or patient-related tasks as appropriate. Other duties involve supporting the Front Office Coordinator (FOC) with responsibilities including, but not limited to, answering phones, filing/faxing, scheduling patients, etc.

      Job Specifications:
      • The position requires a positive customer service interaction with patients, clinicians, and IRG staff.
      Job Requirements:
      • Interest in Exercise or Kinesiology background.
      • Prior healthcare related experience preferred.
      • Excellent customer engagement skills.

      Physician Liaison

      Job Description:

      Integrated Rehabilitation Group (IRG) is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven physician liaison to join its marketing and outreach team. The Physician Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining physician relationships to effectively drive referrals to IRG's physical and hand therapy clinics throughout the King County area. The position requires daily outreach to medical practices, attendance at business networking events, and organization of community outreach opportunities. The role also requires development of marketing/outreach plans and tracking mechanisms to measure referral success.

      Job Specifications:
      • Compensation: DOE
      Job Requirements:
      • Outside sales experience in healthcare marketing/business development
      • 2-5 years sales experience in the healthcare industry
      • Ability to market effectively to physician groups and community members
      • Extremely motivated and self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision

      • Excellent communication, relationship building and organization skills

      Physical Therapy Assistant

      Job Description:

      Under the direct supervision of the clinic manager/supervising physical therapist, this position provides physical therapy treatment, documents all pertinent patient treatment information.
      Incumbent must exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize the workload required to complete the work assigned. Incumbent will recommend changes in office practices and procedures as necessitated by business needs.

      Job Specifications:
      • Performs physical therapy procedures and related tasks delegated by the supervising physical therapist.
      • Modifies specific treatment procedures in accordance with changes in patient status within the scope of the established treatment plan.
      • Documents all procedures, plans and pertinent interactions regarding the patient’s treatment in physical therapy.
      • Carries out routine operational functions of the clinic.
      • Carries out routine operational functions of the clinic.
      • If supervising physical therapist is off-site, physical therapist assistant must be able to contact them by phone when treating patients.
      • Regular discussions held between physical therapist and physical therapist assistant regarding patients.
      • Physical therapist reevaluation should be preformed every fifth visit or when there is a change in patient condition not consistent with planned progress or treatment goals.
      • Supervising therapist is directly responsible for the physical therapist assistant.
      Job Requirements:
      • Graduate of an accredited PTA degree program.
      • Intermittent physical activity including but not limited to bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
      • PTA will be required to work at an IRG facility and be responsible for their own transportation to and from work site.

      • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence in the territory
      • Attend medical conferences to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
      • Update client information in the company Customer Relationship Management database
      • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
      Job Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
