IRG is dedicated to providing education and services that improve patient knowledge and enrich our surrounding communities. We also take pride in supporting community events and organizations that provide valuable opportunities for families. We are involved in sports teams, health clubs, schools and non-profit organizations.

We make it easy for a patient to get the care they need. IRG has clinics located throughout the Puget Sound Region so a patient never has to go far to receive exceptional physical or hand therapy services. Our clinics offer early morning and evening appointments to accommodate a variety of schedules. We accept most insurance plans and encourage patients to call us with their insurance questions. Our trained staff can help clarify and explain a plan’s physical therapy benefits.

In 1997, Shannon created Integrated Rehabilitation Group Inc. and began developing its family of physical therapy and hand clinics in Washington and Idaho. His enthusiasm and energy has driven the acquisition and building of 21 customer-service-based clinics in Western Washington and one in Idaho. He has designed and managed the development of Integrated Rehabilitation Group Inc., while creating and nurturing new growth opportunities for three LLC partnerships.

Shannon brings over 18 years of experience in physical therapy to the table. By combining his compassion for each physical therapy patient and his passion for marketing physical therapy, he has become an industry leader. His goal to exceed the patient’s expectations has earned the company a reputation for excellent care with exceptional results.

Shannon has taken active leadership roles in the community, maintaining affiliations or board positions with:

• Private Practice Special Interest Group for Physical Therapists
• Physical Therapy Association of Washington
• The Rotary Club,
• Everett’s Children’s Museum
• Boy Scouts of America,
• Archbishop Thomas J. Murphy High School
• and many others.

Shannon holds a BS in Biology from Washington State University, 1984, and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Chapman College/Children’s Hospital of L.A., 1986.
