Jordan James CSCS, USAW Originally from Liverpool, NY, Jordan is responsible for all Sports Performance related items for Integrated Rehabilitation Group and IRG Performance. His previous Strength and Conditioning and coaching experience includes time at Liverpool High School, St. Lawrence University, University of Cincinnati, San Jacinto College, Everett Raptors, Ignition Athletic Performance Group, and Velocity Sports Performance. His current performance duties include overseeing the Everett Silvertips, Washington Stealth, Everett Community College Baseball, Northsound Seawolves FC, Archbishop Murphy High School, and all training systems at IRG Performances' private facilities. Jordan is a Professional Member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, United States Weightlifting, USA Track and Field, Functional Movement Systems, Precision Nutrition, American Psychological Association Division 47: Exercise and Sports Psychology, 360 Athletics, and the American Heart Association: My Heart My Life Committee |

Mike McLaury,
PTA, ATC, CSCS
Mike was born and raised in Everett, WA, and graduated from Lake Stevens H. S. He went on to play football for Western Washington University where he became team captain his senior year and named All Conference Defensive End. Mike continued his football career as both a fullback and defensive end in Austria, playing for the Graz Giants of the European American Football League. For six years Mike not only played but worked as an assistant coach, the team Head Athletic Trainer, and the Strength and Conditioning Coach. Mike also brings extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation, working off and on for over 12 years for Northwest Physical Therapy. Mike joined Everett Physical Therapy’s sports rehabilitation and performance therapy team in 2004. |
