Tom Namey, MPT
Clinic Director

Tom Namey, MPT, graduated from University of Pittsburgh in 2002 with his Master’s in Physical Therapy & an undergraduate in Biology. Tom’s interests in therapy are a range of exercise & manual-based techniques with continuing education in treatment of knees, shoulders, & spine. Evidence-based clinical skills are an important aspect to his approach to treatment & evaluation. Tom prefers patients to have a good understanding of their condition. He strives to give patient education to accomplish a clear picture of their body and its function.

Interests:
I was born and raised near Toronto, Canada, and recently relocated to Seattle.  My therapy interests include manual techniques along side functional therapeutic exercises.  I like to work as a team with my patients as I empower them to take control of their rehab.

 
 
Masters in Sports Administration (MS), Registered Dietitian (RD) Julie Mahler, MS, RD, CD

Mahler, a registered dietitian, will be providing nutritional counseling at Mukilteo Physical Therapy for patients who are looking to optimize sports performance, diabetic patients, and patients that are looking to incorporate good nutrition into their life for weight-loss or improved well-being.

Julie received her masters in Nutrition from Tufts University, she is also certified in Adult Weight Management. Julie's experience in adult weight management helps patients sustain success by motivating them to take an active role in improving their health.

Amy enjoys being outdoors and keeping active with a round of golf
or tennis, or taking to the roads on her bike. When not helping patients at work, Amy also enjoys traveling. An involved parent, Amy likes to participate in her children’s school and sports activities.

Licensed Massage Practitioner (LMP) Lisa Denny, LMP

Lisa is a graduate from Ashmead College in Everett where she graduated with Top Honors in 2006. She received a Large Animal Certification in massage in 2007. Lisa received a BS degree in Equine Business Management from Johnson Wales University, May 1993 as well as a BS degree in PreVet from University Tennessee Knoxville, May 1989. She specializes in massage techniques including Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Massage,Deep Tissue Massage and Hot Stone Massage while incorporating range of motion and deep breathing to maximize pain free results.

Lisa is originally from Tennessee and has lived in the Pacific Northwest for 12 years.  In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding, oil painting and hiking.
