- Master of Occupational Therapy in December 2015 from the University of Washington
Liz is honored to join the unique team of holistic practitioners at Seattle Center for Structural Medicine. She has more than 15 years of experience practicing a variety of healing modalities including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Therapeutic Massage, Reiki , and Acutonics® (sound healing) with a focus on muscular-skeletal problems, chronic pain, and auto-immune disorders. Her belief in the body’s innate ability to heal when reconnected to natural rhythms and harmonies is at the root of her practice. In order to deepen her commitment to complementary medicine, Liz spent the last three years studying rehabilitation medicine and obtained her Master of Occupational Therapy in December 2015 from the University of Washington.
By combining the medical framework of occupational therapy that utilizes our human desire to engage in activities of daily life, or “doing,” with Eastern energy models that focus on the path of existence and life force, or “being,” Liz works with clients to increase awareness about individual patterns of dis-ease to reveal how healing is amplified when we consciously direct thoughts and actions towards wellbeing and being well.
