Everett Physical Therapy Sports Performance CenterThe staff brings an unmatched combination of knowledge and expertise to the table, similar to those found on most professional sports teams. Our physical therapists are certified strength and conditioning specialists. They have experience in the design and implementation of safe and effective sport-specific training programs. Emily Day, MPT, CSCS

Emily Day, PT, CSCS graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University. Emily is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She has a strong background in orthopedic physical therapy and women’s health therapy.

Mikell McLaury

Mike McLaury, PTA, ATC, CSCS

  • Certified Athletic Trainer, 1997
  • Head Athletic Trainer/Strength Coach for the Everett Hawks Football Team.
  • B. S. Exercise and Sport Science, Western Washington University, 1996.
  • Physical Therapy Assistant, Whatcom C. C., 2004.
  • Emergency Medical Technician, 1995.

Mike was born and raised in Everett, WA, and graduated from Lake Stevens H. S. He went on to play football for Western Washington University where he became team captain his senior year and named All Conference Defensive End. Mike continued his football career as both a fullback and defensive end in Austria, playing for the Graz Giants of the European American Football League. For six years Mike not only played but worked as an assistant coach, the team Head Athletic Trainer, and the Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Mike also brings extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation, working off and on for over 12 years for Northwest Physical Therapy. Mike joined Everett Physical Therapy’s sports rehabilitation and performance therapy team in 2004.

Bob Hamre, ATC, CSCS
Head Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Bob has worked with many different sports in his career including skiing, rugby, and some of the best high school football and basketball players in the country. He also has extensive experience in strengthening and conditioning athletes. Currently, Bob is the head athletic trainer for the Everett Silvertips Hockey Team.

Nikki Dvorak

Nikki Dvorak, LMP

Nikki Dvorak is a graduate of Lake Stevens High School and currently resides in Snohomish County. She is a graduated of Denton Massage School in Arlington, WA, with an emphasis in sports massage therapy.

Nikki works at Everett Physical Therapy and Sports Performance as a member of our sports rehabilitation and performance therapy team. She plays an integral role working with patients of all ages, including high school and college athletes, active adults, the Everett Hawks Football Team and the Everett Silvertips Hockey Club.

Nikki is also a member of the Washington State Sports Massage Team, working throughout the state at various sporting events providing pre and post event massage treatments to athletes.

  1. Take I-5 North to exit number 192 - Broadway and Naval Station (exit is on LEFT side of freeway).
  2. The exit will take you onto Broadway Avenue heading North.
  3. Turn left onto Hewitt Avenue.
  4. The clinic is located on the corner of Broadway and Hewitt. There is 2 hour parking on the street or you can park in the patient parking lot on the south side of the Events Center , located between Broadway and Oakes.

From the North:

  1. Take I-5 South to Exit number 194 - US-2/Everett Avenue.
  2. Take the Everett Avenue ramp towards the City Center.
  3. Turn right onto Everett Avenue.
  4. Turn left onto Broadway Avenue.
  5. Turn right onto Hewitt Avenue.
