Integrated Rehabilitation Group is currently accepting applications for qualified individuals to be a part of our administrative team. We are currently interviewing for a full time Administrative Assistant. This position will be based in our Administration office in Mill Creek, WA. This position will report to the President. Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Direct support to President as well as department heads, the administrative office team and other IRG employees
  • Maintains the President’s calendar, perform daily administrative duties and assist with special projects
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate office and clinical personnel
  • Act as IRG’s Ambassador of First Impressions by greeting visitors
  • Arranges and schedules conferences, meetings and travel reservations for office personnel
  • Assist the marketing department with data management and analysis

  • Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Flexibility and adaptability

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of increasingly responsible administrative accountability and experience
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
