Hatha Yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. It focuses on various postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote overall health. Among many perks, Hatha Yoga techniques stretch and align the body, which promotes balance, flexibility, and circulation. 

Our four week Hatha Yoga session is appropriate for all individuals who pracitce yoga, or who are interested in yoga. All levels are welcome! XXX
