Mondays: Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is an excellent way to prepare the body and mind for labor, delivery, and parenthood. It is designed for pregnant women in any trimester, regardless if you are brand new to yoga or have had prior yoga practice. This class focuses on various postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana), to promote overall health during pregnancy

*Please bring your own blocks (two), bolster (one), and a blanket. Some items will be available, although quantities are limited. It is best to allow an extra 10-15 minutes before scheduled start time. Feel free to bring water and a small snack.


Cost: This is a FREE eight week community class

About Angie:

Angie has practiced yoga for over a decade. She received her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification in June, 2018. Angie currently is pregnant with her third child and knows firsthand the amazing benefits of yoga during pregnancy. This class works to strengthen muscles needed to support a changing pregnant body, and helps sharpen the mind and focus breathing to help prepare for labor and delivery.
