Pilates & Prosecco at IRG Physical Therapy - North Everett


Join IRG's certified Pilates instructor Alessia Eng, PTA, in learning basic principles and movements of Pilates from a beginner’s perspective, including instruction on how to engage the core and create length and symmetry. This class will use Pilates basic movements, which serve to strengthen the mind-body connection.

Pilates is a system of movement that utilizes structured and systematic movements to strengthen the core and allow for freedom of movement of the extremities from a stable base. Pilates principles include breath, concentration, centering, control, precision and flow. In this class we will be introducing students to the basic concepts and movements that Joseph Pilates first developed almost a century ago.

Please bring an exercise mat and two towels.
