About Dr. Linnea Welton:
Linnea Welton, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with specialty training in sports medicine, hip preservation, and knee and shoulder preservation. She is one of few surgeons who can perform complex hip, knee and shoulder arthroscopy, and one of even fewer who performs complex bony realignment procedures of the pelvis, femur and tibia. By using a minimally invasive approach, Dr. Welton can reduce injury to surrounding tissues.
Her research in the field of hip preservation and sports medicine has focused on the development of many surgical improvements. She continues to strive toward improving the standards in the field.
