The Movement Optimization courses address the importance of strength in the continuum of care. This course focuses on rehab periodization to effectively manage load, drive progress, and maximize performance while still protecting the injury. Common injuries such as rotator cuff and patellofemoral tendinopathy, hip impingement, and low back pain are extensively covered to provide you with the "know-how" to build optimal rehab training programs.
