Tiff is originally from Portland, Oregon, with a lifelong passion for movement, competition, and coaching. As a former student-athlete in football, track and field, and cross country, and a coach in basketball, soccer, and field hockey, she brings a deep understanding of athletic performance and injury prevention to her practice. Tiff’s goal as a physical therapist assistant is to restore quality of life, educate her patients, and reduce the risk of future injury. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, and cooking.
