IRG Physical & Hand Therapy - Ballard
At IRG Physical & Hand Therapy – Ballard, you will find a unique approach to physical and hand therapy, melding sports medicine with mindfulness-based orthopedic rehabilitation. In addition to manual therapy and exercise prescription, we provide alternative therapies and approaches that help bridge the gap between traditional medicine and total mind-body healing.
We focus on treating the cause, not the symptom, and employ a team approach whenever possible. Our therapists start by identifying the specific tissue that is the problem and then designing a progressive, individualized treatment plan to help that tissue heal to its maximum potential. Our clinic’s mission is to practice patient-centered physical and occupational therapy that facilitates a person’s innate healing power.
PLEASE NOTE: SELF PAY VISITS HAVE INCREASED FROM $120 TO $150, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2023. PLEASE REACH OUT TO OUR FRONT OFFICE WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
Wondering if you need a referral from your doctor to start treatment? Washington is a direct-access state, meaning that you can start physical therapy without one in-hand. Start your road to recovery, and let IRG handle the rest! Note that by Washington state law, we still require referrals for occupational therapy.
