Lisa is originally from the Midwest, where she earned her Bachelors of Science at the University of Iowa. She came to the Pacific Northwest to obtain her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Washington. Lisa has worked in outpatient hand therapy since graduating in 2003, and has since became a Certified Hand Therapist.
Lisa specializes in treatment of adults and children with traumatic hand injuries, upper extremity fractures, nerve and tendon injuries, and repetitive strain injuries. She also specializes in custom splinting for treatment of these injuries, as well as ergonomic assessments and ergonomic recommendations. Away from work, Lisa enjoys traveling, attending local sporting events, and being a very busy baseball, basketball, and football mom to her young son.
