Providing Professional Pathways
IRG is proud to support our employees' professional growth within all positions and at all levels. We empower our people to choose the best path for them — whether that is receiving help with tuition, covering costs for a fellowship or residency, or working with employees to develop a flexible schedule while they study.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT EVENTS
IRG regularly hosts professional development and continuing education events for our staff members.
Mentorship opportunities at IRG are designed to foster clinician engagement, leadership and teamwork throughout our regionally diverse organization. We offer two unique paths: our peer-to-peer mentorship program and our enhanced clinical mentorship program.
FELLOWSHIPS, RESIDENCIES AND MORE
IRG connects our employees to industry leaders in physical and occupational therapy education. We work with the Ola Grimsby Institute, the Gary Gray Institute and other leading organizations to help our therapists reach their professional goals.
CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
IRG's clinical development program is designed for our new clinicians, who typically have between zero to three years of clinical practice experience.
The program's curriculum facilitates and promotes integration of new clinical skills, decision making, and operational efficiencies through focused educational sessions, clinical rounds and online discussion forums.
