Make a payment to your clinic
IRG makes payments to our clinics simple and convenient. The link to the portal above can be used to make payments for physical, hand, and massage therapy appointments as well as cancellation fees.
Starting March 2, 2026, we will be updating our medical record & billing software. As a result, you will receive two separate statements for any services provided before and after this date:
- Before March 2, 2026, statements will come from PatientPay/Clinicient.
- On or after March 2, 2026, statements will come from Prompt/GoCardConnect.
Note: Our clinic front office team will not be able to accept payment for dates of service prior to March 2, 2026. Such statements must be paid by contacting our billing department directly at 425.357.9380.
You can click the link above to customize your preferences in PatientPay and be able to:
- View your statement online any time
- Pay your bill online
- Customize the way you receive billing information and alerts
Your bill code will be available when you receive your first paper statement from PatientPay. Clicking the link from PatientPay via text or email from their system will not require a bill code.
