Having grown up playing soccer and running track and cross country, Michelle was in and out of physical therapy for injuries sustained from participation in her favorite activities. Moving through rehabilitation activities with her physical therapist, Michelle discovered her love of physical therapy.
In her own practice, Michelle emphasizes the empowerment to be gained from having a more complete understanding of the body in relation to the prevention of both new and recurring injuries. She enjoys working as a partner with individuals at all stages of the rehabilitation process within the context of each unique road to recovery. Michelle actively provides strategies to maintain success once her patients are ready to leave the clinic.
