Marcela grew up on the opposite coast in Rhode Island and she has worked in many different cities and settings throughout her career. Marcela is passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies. She takes a holistic approach to care, looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person and using movement, education, and individualized treatment to support lasting progress. She believes in meeting patients where they are, building a supportive and trusting relationship, and creating meaningful, goal-focused treatment plans that support the activities and lifestyle that matter most to them. In her free time, she loves to have fun exploring the outdoors, cooking, painting, working out, and traveling the world with her husband, Mark.
