Sophie brings diverse clinical experience to the IRG team, with expertise working with Olympic athletes and patients with neurological conditions. She loves the privilege of forming meaningful connections with her patients and individualizing treatment sessions for their goals. She treats patients holistically by considering all aspects of their health and wellness. She is passionate about continuing to grow as a practitioner and stays up to date with new research to deliver evidence-based care. Sophie was a competitive Nordic ski racer and in her free time loves trail running, swimming, trying new recipes, and traveling.
