Yuriy Paranyuk, PT, DPT, CSCS, is a skilled physical therapist with a special interest in treating various shoulder, knee, hip, and ankle injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation in these areas. He particularly focuses on ACLR rehabilitation and guiding patients back to their desired activities, employing shared decision-making and active management techniques. Yuriy prides himself on his commitment to remaining at the forefront of evidence-based practice.

Drawing from his background in strength and conditioning, Yuriy seamlessly incorporates these principles into his rehabilitation methods, ensuring optimal recovery for his patients. Beyond work, he enjoys powerlifting, hiking and cycling. Additionally, he dedicates time to perfecting his pizza and coffee-making skills. He is often accompanied by his two Australian shepherd pups, Finnley and Evie.
