Jarlo was born in Virginia, but as a Navy brat, he lived all over the world before settling in Washington State. He's always been active in various sports, from track to wrestling and martial arts—a path that led him to become a physical therapist. When he's not working, you'll usually find him reading, exercising, cooking for his family, or exploring new places with them on vacation. A lifelong learner, he takes as many courses as he can to provide his patients with as many options as possible. He wants to help them understand what's happening in their bodies, reduce their fear, and restore their sense of capability.
