Maya Thetford has several years of experience working in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy and has helped hundreds of patients achieve improved orthopedic wellness. Outside of physical therapy, she researches human gait mechanics and energetics with a particular emphasis on the human foot.
In Maya’s free time, she participates in competitive mixed martial arts and works with combat athletes to prevent and rehabilitate injuries, and improve strength and conditioning.
