IRG's Splinting Workshop

This splinting workshop is designed for intermediate to advanced therapists working with an upper extremity patient caseload.

The workshop will provide clinicians with the knowledge and skills to fabricate custom upper extremity orthotics. The course offers a hands-on learning opportunity for occupational and hand therapists who want to start fabricating orthotics or wish to elevate their skills.
Participants will learn the principles and processes for creating different types of custom upper extremity orthotics, including how and when to use various splinting materials and considerations for human biomechanics.
