Jeremy is an empathetic physical therapist who believes in a patient-centered approach to helping patients improve their quality of life. Jeremy values patient education to not only break down physical barriers, but psychological barriers leading to pain and dysfunction. Jeremy believes physical therapists are the perfect conduit for improving interoception, and empowering patients towards self-regulation. Jeremy was born and raised in Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C., and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Outside of the clinic, Jeremy enjoys hiking, kickball, volleyball, and rooting for the Washington Commanders, the Maryland Terrapins, and Chelsea Football Club.
