Phyllis grew up in British Columbia, Canada, and earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology & Exercise Science and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. A competitive figure skater for over ten years and former youth skating coach, she developed a strong passion for health, fitness, sports performance, and orthopedic rehabilitation for both elite and recreational athletes. Phyllis specializes in vestibular rehabilitation and has extensive experience treating balance disorders, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), dizziness, and falls prevention. She is passionate about educating patients to understand their injuries, optimize recovery, and prevent future recurrence. Phyllis relocated to Washington in 2013 and lives in Snoqualmie with her husband and two children, where she enjoys the active Pacific Northwest lifestyle.
