Mel believes in individualized care for each patient she evaluates and treats. She believes that as the body begins to have issues, we need to look at it as a puzzle that the physical therapist and the patient can solve together with movement based treatment and education. Pain, stiffness, weakness, and balance deficits are obstacles that she plans to equip the patient to conquer depending on their body's specific issues as well as the patient's personal functional goals.
