Dr. Ben Boyle utilizes his extensive training and education to teach and instruct IRG therapists on furthering their clinical skills and facilitating their professional growth. As a physical therapist, Ben skillfully combines scientifically-proven advanced manual therapy techniques and functional exercise into a comprehensive patient experience. Ben is a leader in professional advocacy efforts at the state level, and currently serves as legislative and district chair for Washington State. Dr. Boyle has an integral role in advancing care for all IRG patients by providing continued education, learning, and development for all IRG clinical staff.

Tyra Malmborg-O’Kelley, MPT

Tyra Malmborg-O’Kelley has over 30 years of experience in treating patients in physical therapy and is now sharing her expertise in Pilates. Tyra combines the core principles of PT and Pilates, incorporating core strength, flexibility and the balance essentials needed to optimally restore functional movement. Tyra also manages compliance and clinical education for IRG, helping foster and develop future therapists.

Alex Zitnik, PTA | Director of Community Outreach

Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends when not at work. Summer trips to Chelan and sporting events occupy her time throughout the year. Alex is active in the community, volunteering in Mill Creek and working on the Archbishop Murphy High School Alumni Board.

Andrea Wood loves the outdoors and staying active, and can truly resonate with patients who just want to get back to doing the activities they love most. Andrea works with her patients to educate them on their injuries as well as designing specific therapy programs, tailored for each individual and their needs.

Caitlyn is originally from Maryland, and attended Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) for her undergraduate degree and moved to Savannah, GA where she received her doctorate in physical therapy at Armstrong State University. After a childhood of playing soccer, swimming, running, and watching football every weekend, her passion has always revolved around sports. This led her to pursue a sports physical therapy residency and become a certified Sports Clinical Specialist. She has been lucky enough to work with athletes ranging from professional to weekend warriors.

Young Jee Filer PT, DPT, OCS | Clinic Director, IRG Physical & Hand Therapy – Greenwood

Young Jee Filer strives to provide compassionate, patient-centered care through manual therapy and functional exercises. Combining over 15 years of clinical experience with current evidence-based medicine, she creates effective, personalized treatments to help each patient meet their goals. The best part of her job is getting to know her patients, individualizing care to meet their specific needs, and actively engaging with them in their own care. When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys training for marathons and traveling with her family.
